Remember to always do cyclical warm up and cool down after workouts, you shouldn't forget that.

6 power snatch @ 75

Rest 30 min and do this

400m sleed pull @ 135
Mentally is going to be hard, get ready. Keep moving, pick a pace and stick with it.

d) death by Strict press 
10 reps starting with 45. Add 5s.
Do 10 reps each time you add until you fail.

e) Romwod

    c) 6:58 very hard. did 200m with the plate and 200m without plate.
