A) Every 90s for 9 min. From rack
2 front squats + 1 jerk @85%

B)Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

C) You can break this in how many sets you want.
2 min Hang L sit hold
2 min Handstand Hold
2 min Dip Hold
